Your Questions,
Answered with Care
1. What ages do you work with?
We support families with infants through preschoolers (ages 0-5), helping with everything from newborn sleep struggles to toddler transitions and preschooler bedtime battles. Sleep challenges change as little ones grow, and we’re here to guide you through each stage. Some families come to us for help with short naps and night wakings, while others need support as their preschooler resists bedtime or moves to a big kid bed.
2. Do you work with multiples (or several children) in the same family?
Absolutely – and we offer a 20% sibling discount.
While each child is unique, we'd likely keep twins on a consistent sleep plan, for example. Families with children of different ages (i.e. infant and toddler) will have unique challenges and thus, unique sleep needs and supporting plans.
3. When should I start focusing on my baby’s sleep?
There’s no perfect age to begin thinking about your baby’s sleep—whether you’re struggling with toddler bedtime battles or wondering how to get your baby to sleep through the night, it’s all about finding what feels right for your family. For some, it’s as early as a few months old when gentle routines can start making a difference. For others, it’s later when sleep struggles begin to feel overwhelming. No matter when you start, it’s never too late to create healthy, comforting habits that help your little one (and you) get the rest you deserve.
4. Will my baby cry during sleep coaching?
It’s natural to worry about this—nobody likes to hear their baby upset. Crying is normal when changes are introduced, but our approach is always gentle and nurturing. We focus on building trust and security with your little one, making sure they feel safe through the process. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you and your baby, with lots of reassurance and support along the way.
5. How soon will we see changes?
Every child is unique, but many families begin to see sweet shifts in their little one’s sleep within just a few weeks—sometimes even sooner! Some changes might be subtle at first, like falling asleep a bit faster or waking up less often, but those small steps build into lasting, restful habits. We’ll be there to guide and encourage you through every win, big or small.
6. What if my baby has unique needs or special challenges?
Your baby’s individuality is exactly why we won’t use a cookie-cutter approach. Whether your little one has specific needs, sensitivities, or challenges, we’ll create a personalized sleep plan that respects and responds to those differences. Together, we’ll find gentle, thoughtful ways to support your child’s sleep while keeping your family’s unique rhythm in mind.
7. What areas geographically do you serve?
We provide personalized sleep coaching to families nationwide through virtual sessions, ensuring support no matter where you are. If you prefer in-person assistance, we offer hands-on, in-home guidance for families in the Dayton, OH region.
For families outside a 50-mile radius of Dayton, in-home visits are available with an additional travel fee.
No matter the distance, we’re here to help your family achieve better sleep!
